White Pine County Hosting Two-Day Baja Nevada Race
The 2024 race runs over 650 miles and will start and end in Ely, NV on day two
White Pine County is thrilled to announce that the Legacy Racing Baja Nevada race is coming to Ely, promising an exhilarating and unforgettable experience from June 26 to June 30, 2024. This thrilling event will kick off in Mesquite and race through the stunning Nevada desert, culminating in a grand finale in Ely.
Event highlights include:
- Two-Day Desert Baja Style Race: The high-octane race will traverse the challenging desert terrain, starting on Friday, June 28, and concluding in Ely on June 29. Spectators will witness top-tier racing action as competitors push their limits. Awards will take place in Ely on June 30.
- Vehicle Display: Get up close and personal with the incredible vehicles that compete in the race on Friday, June 28 from 4 to 9 p.m. The display will be held at Ely’s Broadbent Park, offering a unique opportunity to admire these powerful machines and meet the teams behind them.
- Hotel Nevada Party: Join us at Hotel Nevada for a fantastic celebration on Friday, June 28 and Saturday, June 29 from 9 to 11 p.m. Enjoy delicious food, and a vibrant atmosphere as we celebrate the racers’ achievements from each day of racing and the community spirit of Ely.
