Celebrate the Fourth of July with festive dining specials from Coronado Café and Garden Buffet at South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa. 

 

Guests can enjoy a three-course meal from Coronado Café from 11 a.m.—10 p.m. on July 4 for $17.76.

  • Each meal includes a glass of wine, cocktail or draft beer for those 21+.
  • First course: South Point Chili or Coronado Salad Bowl
  • Secord course: BBQ Platter, half slab of baby back ribs, BBQ chicken and hickory smoked brisket of beef, corn on the cob, Boston baked beans and potato salad or The All-American Burger, Nebraska ground beef, Carolina BBQ pulled pork, Wisconsin cheddar cheese, southern style onion strings, California lettuce and tomato and New York kaiser roll with creole coleslaw or Idaho wedges.
  • Third course: Red, White and Blue Berry Trifle, strawberries, blueberries and pound cake with whipped cream

 

Garden Buffet will serve a Fourth of July lunch from 11 a.m.—4 p.m. for $21.95 for club members or $24.95 for non-members.

  • Each meal includes one glass of wine, sangria or draft beer for those 21+.
  • Featuring soup and salad bar, Arizona Southwestern B.L.T salad, New Hampshire salad bowl, Indiana beet salad, Wisconsin cheese and sausage salad, Idaho loaded potato soup, New England clam chowder, Philadelphia pepper pot soup, Cincinnati chili, Coney Island hot dog cart, all American hamburger bar with Utah fry sauce.
  • From the carving station: Memphis smoked brisket, Nashville smoked pork ribs, Arkansas herb roasted turkey breast, Texas style rotisserie chicken.
  • Featuring: Oregon coastal salmon with tarragon cream, Maryland seafood casserole, Alabama fish fry, Louisiana gumbo, San Francisco sweet & sour chicken, ponderosa pork chow Mein, New Mexico style chicken fajitas, Iowa pork cutlets with tomatillo cream, new jersey Italian sausage & peppers. Rhode Island style calamari, Wyoming beef stew, Kentucky southern fried chicken, Tennessee bourbon glazed barbeque chicken, Kansas corn on the cob, Minnesota wild rice pilaf with peas, Vermont maple syrup glazed carrots, Wisconsin mac & cheese with South Carolina BBQ pulled pork and Boston baked beans.
  • Featuring 12 flavor gelato bar, honey glazed Georgia peach cobbler, Mississippi mud pie, New York style cheesecake, Hawaiian pineapple upside down cake, Maine blueberry pie and Florida key lime pie.
  • Homemade bread pudding cakes and French pastries
    • Also serving from six live international cooking stations

  • Each meal includes one glass of wine, sangria or draft beer for those 21+.
  • Featuring soup and salad bar, Arizona southwestern B.L.T salad, Detroit Greek salad, Indiana beet salad, New Hampshire salad bowl, silver state chicken salad cup, Wisconsin cheese and sausage salad, Idaho loaded potato soup, New England clam chowder, Philadelphia pepper pot soup, Cincinnati chili, coney island hot dog cart, all American hamburger bar with Utah fry sauce.
  • From the carving station: Roast Nebraska prime rib of beef, Virginia baked ham with sugar glaze, Arkansas herb roasted turkey breast, Texas style rotisserie chicken.
  • Featuring: Pacific salmon with Alaska crabmeat, Rhode island style calamari, Montana braised beef tips, Oklahoma chicken fried steak with country gravy,  Nashville smoked pork ribs, Alabama fish fry, Kansas corn on the cob, Minnesota wild rice pilaf with peas, San Francisco pepper steak, Chinatown chicken kung pao,  Kentucky southern fried chicken, Tennessee bourbon glazed barbeque chicken,  new jersey Italian sausage & peppers, new Mexico style chicken fajitas, Boston baked beans, Vermont maple syrup glazed carrots, Wisconsin mac and cheese with south Carolina BBQ pulled pork,  Louisiana jambalaya.
