 Clique Hospitality has announced January hours and events for the company’s Las Vegas Valley dining destinations: Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca and Borracha Mexican Cantina at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino in Henderson; Side Piece Pizza at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in Summerlin; The Still Drafts, Crafts & Eats at The Mirage; and Tailgate Social Sports Bar & Grill at Palace Station Hotel and Casino.                                                                                                                                                            

Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca 

Open 4 – 10 p.m. Sunday – Thursday; 4 – 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; brunch from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday

  • Monday: Date Night Monday with $65 three-course prix fixe dinner for two and half-off specialty cocktails and bottles of wine

  • Dry January 
    • Throughout January 2024, patrons can revel in the spirit of the season without the spirits. At Borracha, guests can sip on invigorating mocktails such as the “Blood in the Sand,” a combination of blood orange juice, agave, strawberry purée and ginger beer, crowned with a strawberry and powdered sugar garnish; “Pinky’s Up” made with hibiscus syrup, passion fruit juice, pineapple chili shrub and tonic water, complemented with a pineapple garnish; “Nice Mangos” featuring mango purée, agave, lime, ginger beer and a hibiscus float, adorned with mint and lime. Each mocktail is priced at $12. 

 

Borracha Mexican Cantina 

Open 4 – 10 p.m. from Monday – Thursday; 4 – 11 p.m. on Friday; 10 a.m. – 11 p.m. on Saturday; and 

10 a.m. – 10 p.m. Sunday; brunch from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 

Bringing flavorful Mexican cuisine and cocktails together at Green Valley Ranch, Clique’s Mexican cantina features a Dia de los Muertos-inspired setting.     • Bottiglia will set the stage for Dry January indulgence with its lineup of sophisticated mocktails, including the “Whata Peach,” featuring white peach purée, rosemary and Sprite and garnished with a lemon slice and fresh rosemary; “Amore Giardino,” made with Fever-Tree cucumber tonic water, mint, basil, lemon juice and orgeat, adorned with mint and cucumber; and the “Fiori Nero,” a blend of Fever-Tree Sicilian sparkling lemonade, hibiscus syrup, blackberries, and mint, garnished with blackberry and mint. Each mocktail is priced at $12.  

 

Side Piece Pizza 

Open 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday – Thursday; 11 a.m. – 11p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday
