Dads can pair their celebratory drink with an array of traditional Mexican cuisine to choose from. Meat lovers can indulge in the Carne a la Ab, a delicious plate of thin, charbroiled flat iron steak served with a cheese enchilada, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and Mexican- style rice and beans, served on a hot skillet ensuring the freshest taste or Pancho’s rajitas, with the option of marinated strips of flat iron steak, chicken breast or succulent shrimp, grilled to perfection with onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers and spices, brought on warm skillet still sizzling at the table.
