Celebrate the Season with Eataly’s Gelato Experience Showcasing
Handcrafted Italian Treats and Shareable Sundaes
Eataly Las Vegas at Park MGM is launching ‘Gelato alla Grande’, an experience featuring fresh, all-natural gelato handmade with the same techniques and ingredients Italy’s artisans have perfected over centuries. Available now through September, Eataly invites guests to celebrate the warmer weather and indulge in authentic, creamy Italian gelato without having to travel around the globe.
‘Gelato alla Grande’ features a variety of gelato and sorbetto concoctions layered with espresso and high-quality ingredients imported directly from Italy. Guests can make their own Affogato or Coppa creations by selecting their choice of house-made gelato or sorbetto, syrups, and toppings such as chocolate chips, pistachio, pirouette, walnuts, orange peels, Amarena cherries, and more.

COPPA – Shareable Italian-style sundaes. Menu highlights include:
- ANTICO: 1 Scoop each of Fior di Latte, Vaniglia, Cioccolato, Caramello & Nocciola Gelato, topped with Pistachio, Pirouette Biscotti, Chocolate Drizzle
- FRAGOLA: 1 Scoop each of Vaniglia, Fior di Latte, & Mascarpone Gelato, Sliced Strawberries, Whipped Cream, Pistachios, Crushed Cone
- GIANDUJA: 1 Scoop each of Cioccolato, Gianduja, & Stracciatella Gelato, Whipped Cream, Amarena Sauce, Blueberries, Walnuts
AFFOGATO – Gelato and sorbetto drowned in espresso and liqueur. Menu highlights include:
- TIRAMISÙ: 1 Scoop each of Cioccolato & Caramello Gelato, Classic Tiramisù, Lavazza Espresso, Whipped Cream, Cocoa Powder, Piroutte Biscotti
- SUPREMO: 1 Scoop each of Fior di Latte & Cioccolato Gelato, Lavazza Espresso, Whipped Cream, Pistachios, Chocolate Drizzle
- CIOCCOLATO: 2 Scoops Vaniglia, Lavazza Espresso, Mocha Mix, Whipped Cream, Chocolate Chips, Coconut Biscotto
Eataly Las Vegas is located inside Park MGM and can be accessed through the casino floor or from Las Vegas Boulevard. The venue is open daily from 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
