WAKUDA ANNOUNCES EASTER WEEKEND OFFERINGS
WAKUDA, the elevated Japanese restaurant from 50 Eggs Hospitality Group and Michelin star-winning chef Tetsuya Wakuda, will offer a weekend of elegant indulgence with exclusive Easter specials available Friday, April 18 through Sunday, April 20. Known for its artful presentation and boundary-pushing culinary innovation, the destination will elevate the holiday with exquisite dishes and a playful holiday-inspired cocktail.
Guests can toast to spring with the Peep Show ($22), a cheeky and colorful cocktail blending grenadine, lemon, strawberry gin and cream—offering a whimsical take on seasonal sweetness.
The sushi bar will feature two standout dishes: a refreshing smoked salmon salad with onion soy dressing ($30) and a spectacular sashimi platter on ice ($225), a lavish assortment of pristine seafood presented with WAKUDA’s signature attention to detail.
From the hot kitchen, diners can indulge in the decadent 32-ounce prime porterhouse ($250) or the luxurious Australian spiny lobster ($300), served with truffle soy, Japanese mushrooms and asparagus—each dish crafted to embody the richness and refinement of the season.
“Easter at WAKUDA is all about the joy of discovery—of bold flavors, masterful technique and culinary artistry,” said Takashi Hayashida, head chef, WAKUDA. “Whether you’re drawn in by the extravagance of our sashimi platter or the fun and flair of our Peep Show cocktail, this weekend is a celebration of springtime sophistication, WAKUDA-style.”
