The Broken Yolk Cafe to Celebrate the Grand Opening of its Second Nevada Location in Henderson
The Broken Yolk Cafe will celebrate the grand opening of its second Southern Nevada location on Monday, Jan. 16 in Henderson on St. Rose Parkway and South Maryland Parkway. Breakfast and brunch enthusiasts are encouraged to dine in when doors open at 6 a.m. to sit down and enjoy specialty dishes, mimosa flights, cocktails and more.
The new Las Vegas location will be operated by Scale x 3 Management, a hospitality and commercial retail real estate group founded by experienced restaurateurs Randy Corrigan, Barry Tu and McKenzie Cox. The group also operates Broken Yolk Cafe in Town Square.
“We are overwhelmed with joy from the amount of support and success we’ve seen since our first Broken Yolk Cafe opening at Town Square. Henderson is the new place to be in this city, and we can’t wait to see this new location flourish.” said Corrigan, “We also look forward to opening our doors in Downtown Las Vegas in the near future, to spread some breakfast and brunch love in the popular dining area.”
The new Broken Yolk Cafe features a modern design atmosphere, with an open and airy indoor floor plan, a full bar and a covered patio with outdoor seating. Menu favorites include the Crunchy French Toast, made with three extra thick slices of bread rolled in crunch frosted flakes, sprinkled with sliced almonds, raspberries, powdered sugar and topped with whipped cream and a raspberry drizzle; the Golden State Benedict, made with a toasted English muffin topped with grilled tomato, avocado, applewood-smoked bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and a sriracha drizzle; and the Fiesta burrito, made with scrambled eggs, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, seasoned shredded beef and cheddar cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla and smothered in their house-made salsa verde and topped with sour cream, avocado and fresh salsa.
The new breakfast and brunch spot is located at 3458 St. Rose Parkway Suite #10, Henderson, NV 89052 and will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
