Customers will now be able to manage their accounts by connecting more easily to Winder Farms from any smartphone or tablet. “Our goal at Winder Farms is to always provide quality and convenience for our customers and mobile access was their number one wish. Now customers can manage their Winder Farms orders from wherever they may be: a child’s soccer game, on a break at work or relaxing on the couch,” said Scott Tanner, President of Winder Farms.
The new mobile website mirrors the site for the desktop that was recently redesigned to make it easier for customers to manage standing orders, deliveries, account billing information, text reminders, credits that have been issued and other preferences. The revamped website also now has a simplified category layout with newly created specialized groups that include: Recently Ordered lists where the customer can track their order history going back eight weeks, New Products, Customer Favorites, and Shop Deals Now featuring customized offers that are unique to that particular customer.
The mobile version has been launched in Beta to allow for continuous changes and updates in accordance with customers’ comments. To gain additional feedback, Winder Farms will send a survey to customers asking for input. “The feedback for the redesigned website has been extremely positive, with over 90% experiencing improved interaction. While these are great results we still want to make sure that the transformation also works for mobile users,” added Tanner.
