Celebrate Hanukkah with a Special Dish
The Hanukkah Baller, a traditional latke dish with an innovative spin, will be available at Wexler’s Deli throughout Hanukkah.
Wexler’s Deli at Proper Eats Food Hall, a collection of highly sought-after imports and only-in-Las Vegas destinations inside ARIA Resort & Casino, will celebrate Hanukkah with a little dreidel-like spin on one of the holiday’s traditional dishes. The Hanukkah Baller special will be available to brighten nights throughout the Festival of Lights, from Wednesday, Dec. 25 to Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025.
Wexler’s Deli, the famous old-school deli that originated in Los Angeles, will offer a modern take on a Hanukkah classic with The Hanukkah Baller. The savory dish is made with three warm potato latkes topped with crème fraîche and thin-sliced lox, then garnished diced onions, priced at $20. For an additional $5, guests can top the dish with caviar to add an extravagant Vegas touch to the traditional dish.
Known for its Jewish deli classics, Wexler’s Deli offers a range of bagels and sandwiches. Menu offerings include the Reuben, with a choice of pastrami, corned beef or smoked turkey, topped with Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and sauerkraut on grilled rye bread; and the Moe Greene, a toasted bagel topped with lox, paddlefish caviar and gold leaf.
