Weekly Lifestyle Show “Las Vegas Good News” Debuts
in February with Filming at The LINQ Promenade
with Las Vegas Headliner Jeff Civillico
Vegas360 Will Produce the Entertainment-News Program that
Showcases the Excitement of Las Vegas
The LINQ Promenade has become the epicenter of the famous Las Vegas Strip offering the most dynamic selection of restaurants, bars and retailers. The property is the perfect location to debut the newest weekly lifestyle TV show, Las Vegas Good News on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016.
The entertainment-news program will focus on the latest destination happenings each weekend, and will be recorded live in front of an audience at The LINQ Promenade with the iconic High Roller, the world’s tallest observation wheel, as its backdrop. Jeff Civillico, headliner at Flamingo Las Vegas, is the show’s main host. A team of vivacious co-hosts will also present and discuss various facets of Las Vegas including: music, food, nightlife, art, fashion and so much more. While the show is filmed at The LINQ Promenade, a variety of Vegas experiences will be covered both on and off The Strip.
The stage for Las Vegas Good News is an attraction in itself. A shipping container, repurposed into a portable two-story studio will be placed on top of The LINQ Promenade fountains each week with the assistance of a crane. The main portion of the show takes place on the lower stage and stairs will lead entertainers up to an open-air space on the second floor, where live performances will be filmed. Audience members also have a chance to interact with the hosts and actually be a part of the show, during various segments. Amazing prizes will also be up for grabs each week.
“Our goal with Las Vegas Good News is to show the world what Las Vegas is all about, a city with amazing entertainment, incredible shopping, dining, nightlife, and culinary experiences,” said Gilles Imbert, show creator and executive producer for Vegas360. “We are in the Entertainment Capital of the World and this is what we’ll showcase each week.”
“The LINQ Promenade is proud to partner with Vegas360 for the production of Las Vegas Good News,” said Shaun Swanger, vice president and general manager of The LINQ Promenade and High Roller. “Our property offers a unique blend of dining, retail and entertainment options along with the world’s tallest observation wheel at 550 feet, making it the perfect backdrop for this entertainment-news show.”
The first live taping is slated for Thursday, Feb. 18 at The LINQ Promenade fountains from 5 to 8 p.m. Every Thursday evening locals and visitors are encouraged to view and participate in the live TV show taping which is free and open to the public. The show will air weekends on KTNV-TV in Las Vegas. Guests staying at Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas resorts, The Palms and Treasure Island can also view the show in-room.  The show’s sponsors include Vegas.com, Brooklyn Bowl, and Rain Cosmetics.
Vegas360 is a Las Vegas production company specializing in Vegas-based media and digital content. It has its own in-house global distribution company and plans to distribute the show world-wide by the end of 2016.
