Proper Eats Food Hall, located inside the prestigious ARIA Resort & Casino, will celebrate the Lunar New Year from Thursday, Jan. 30 to Saturday, Feb. 1 with an exclusive Palette Tea Lounge pop-up experience from the renowned team behind San Francisco’s Michelin Guide-listed Palette Tea House.

 

The one-of-a-kind culinary experience from Palette Tea Lounge will feature two limited-time Lunar New Year dishes: a twist on the classic dim sum dumpling, Lobster Har Gow, crafted with lobster and steamed in a flour wrapper, priced at $14 per order of three pieces; and Xiao Long Bao Pork Soup Dumplings, delicate dumplings filled with savory pork and flavorful broth, priced at $14 per order of three pieces.

 

Founded by the team behind the Michelin-recommended Palette Tea House, Palette Tea Lounge opened in Las Vegas last year and introduces a modern approach to dim sum, seafood, Cantonese roast meats, and traditional Chinese cooking.

Proper Eats visitors can also enjoy a refreshing selection of boba milk teas at Easy’s Donuts. The recently introduced sweet treats, made with milk tea and tapioca pearls, are available in four flavors: brown sugar, Thai tea, taro and matcha, and are priced at $9.
