Vegas Stand Up & Rock at OYO Hotel & Casino has announced two resident shows that will honor legendary music icons. Kumbia Queen, honoring the iconic Selena, is now performing at 7 p.m. on Thursdays through Sundays. TinaMania, a tribute dedicated to the legendary Tina Turner, will take over the showroom at 5 p.m. on Thursdays through Saturdays starting Thursday, Nov. 2. Kumbia Queen: A Las Vegas Tribute to Selena, pays homage to the “Queen of Tejano Music,” known for her Grammy-winning music and seamless transition from Spanish to English albums. The live band’s 75-minute performance celebrates the beloved artist’s life by performing hits including “Coma La Flor,” “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom” and “Dreaming of You,” with a fresh, contemporary flair.

 

Starring tribute veteran Kiesha Wright, TinaMania will celebrate the “Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll” by performing Turner’s greatest hits. Wright, who once shared the stage with Turner herself as an Ikette, has captivated audiences across the country for decades, embodying the spirit of Turner with her powerful renditions. Guests can expect to hear songs like “Proud Mary” and “What’s Love Got to Do with It,” as well as special guest appearances by a Sammy Davis Jr. impersonator.

 

General admission tickets for Kumbia Queen start at $30 plus taxes and fees, with VIP tickets available starting at $45 plus taxes and fees. Tickets for TinaMania start at $20 plus taxes and fees for general admission and $35 plus taxes and feeds for VIP. Guests with VIP tickets for both shows may choose their own seating.

 

Vegas Stand Up & Rock hosts live entertainment on Thursdays through Sundays. New residency shows TinaMania takes over the showroom at 5 p.m. on Thursdays through Saturdays, while Kumbia Queen takes the stage at 7 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays.
