Eight Lounge Announces Eight New
Limited-Time Fall and Winter Cocktails
Celebrate the cooler season on the patio with one of Eight’s eight new
sweet, spiced or minty refreshing libations.
Eight Lounge, the luxe cigar and cocktail lounge located at Resorts World Las Vegas, welcomes the crisp fall air and winter nights with a limited-time selection of eight new seasonal cocktails, available through the end of the year.
As the warm weather fades, guests can say farewell to the last vestiges of summer with the Ninth Island Jungle, a tiki-inspired twist on the classic Jungle Bird. Blending sweet and tart citrus flavors with the warmth of macadamia, this cocktail features Bacardí 8 rum, Campari, Trader Vic’s macadamia nut liqueur, simple syrup, pineapple and lime juice, priced at $17. Another twist on a classic, the Golden Nail, offers a shimmering, modern take on the Rusty Nail, crafted with Aberfeldy 12 Year Whisky, Bénédictine and Luxardo apricot liqueur, priced at $19.
The spiced drinks on the menu include the seasonal tequila old-fashioned, with Código Reposado, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, Demerara syrup, walnut bitters and fig and fennel bitters for a complex flavor profile complimented by the subtle sweetness of pear and demerara, priced at $26; the Autumn Ember, a silky and creamy mix of Crown Royal, Cynar, Cointreau, clove syrup, cardamom bitters and egg whites, priced at $20; and the Crimson and Spice, a treat for the eyes and tastebuds, made with Woodinville bourbon, cranberry juice, lime juice and pomegranate and ginger syrup, finished with a cinnamon sugar rim, three cranberries, a cube of ginger and a lit sprig of rosemary, priced at $19.
The wintry selection of libations includes the Cucumber Mint Breeze, an elegant and refreshing cocktail made with Roku gin, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, soda water and muddled mint leaves and cucumber slices, garnished with a sprig of mint, priced at $18; the Rye Winter Punch, featuring Knob Creek Rye Whiskey, apple cider, ginger beer, honey syrup, lime juice and a dash of Angostura bitters, priced at $18; and the Holiday Margarita, a seasonal twist on the summertime classic made with Patrón Cristalino, cranberry juice, house-made cranberry-cinnamon syrup and Solerno blood orange liqueur, priced at $23.
