The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails, the swanky speakeasy inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, will celebrate Galentine’s Day with Emo Night: Lonely Hearts Edition on Thursday, Feb. 13. Starting at 10 p.m., guests can sing along with the band as they rock out to emo heartbreak anthems and nostalgic hits that defined the era. While spending girls’ night out, guests can sip on The Barbershop’s “Spiked Juices” such as Ms. Marigold, made with Tanqueray Gin, Aperol, blood orange juice and prosecco; or Irish Honey, with Jameson Irish Whiskey, lemon juice, St. Germain and sage honey. CliQue Bar & Lounge, located at the heart of The Cosmopolitan, will elevate Valentine’s Day date night with champagne toasts, specialty cocktails and dessert specials on Friday, Feb. 14. All evening, couples will receive a welcome champagne toast and roses. The night’s menu will also feature minis of Telmont Brut, priced $100, and Telmont rose, priced at $125, as well as specialty cocktails and chocolate covered strawberries. Eight Lounge, the award-winning cigar and cocktail lounge inside Resorts World Las Vegas, will celebrate the romantic holiday with cocktails designed for two, champagne specials and gifts for cigar lovers. The evening’s packages feature spirit and cigar pairings including the Lover’s Retreat, featuring reserved seating for two with two Montecristo White Label cigars, a bottle of Möet Chandon Brut “Imperial” champagne and a charcuterie board, priced at $275; the Luxe Love, with reserved seating for two plus any two cigars under $50, a bottle of Dom Perignon Brut Epernay, a chocolate gift box and an Eight Lounge branded cigar cutter to commemorate the evening, priced at $700.
The lounge offers the Friends A-Flame package to celebrate the love between friends, which includes four Drew Estate Undercrown Shade cigars and a bottle belvedere vodka or two bottles of Moet & Chandon, Brut “Imperial” champagne, priced $500. Available from Saturday, Feb. 1 to Friday, Feb. 28, the Love Potion No. 75 features a mixture of Basil Hayden bourbon, lemon juice, strawberry simple syrup and bitters, topped with prosecco and garnished with cotton candy. On Thursday, Feb. 13, this Singles Awareness Day, Proper Eats Food Hall will help guests find love with a “Cuffing Season” Matchmaking Mixer. Starting at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13, Proper Bar will be dressed to the nines with floral backdrops, and have a special “Yours and Mine” buy-one-get-one offering on house beverages to share with a hopeful special someone.
