VooDoo Zip Line, the Las Vegas Strip’s first and only zip line, takes flight beginning early March

 

WHAT:  Zip Line, Las Vegas’ first and only zip line attraction to offer breathtaking views of the world-renowned Las Vegas Strip, hosts a job fair on Friday, Feb. 14 by appointment only. The high-flying attraction will debut at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in early March.

  • Host / promotional model

DETAILS:   Created by New Capital Ventures, VooDoo Zip Line will connect the two towers of the Rio Las Vegas. The Las Vegas attraction will begin on the patio of VooDoo Steakhouse, located on the 50th floor of the Masquerade Tower, and will propel riders at speeds of up to 33 miles per hour to the adjoining 20-story Ipanema Tower. Guests will make a return trip back to the starting point, traveling backwards at 20 miles per hour. The feet-dangling, adrenaline rush will accommodate two riders at once, more than 490 feet above the ground. Offering one of the best views of Las Vegas, VooDoo Zip Line will boast a 360-degree panorama of the Strip and scenic views of the surrounding mountain ranges. The heart-pumping adventure will cover one-third of a mile in one minute and 10 seconds.

VooDoo Zip Line will be open to the public from noon to midnight Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to midnight Friday through Sunday beginning early March; only patrons 21 years of age or older will be allowed to ride after 8:30 p.m. Admission is $24.99 per person (plus service fees) from noon to 5:30 p.m. and $37 per person (plus service fees) from 5:30 p.m. to midnight.
