Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Curio Collection by Hilton, is excited to announce the latest addition to its culinary lineup, Lucia Mexican Grill. Opening Tuesday, Feb. 25, Lucia will bring an exciting atmosphere to the property with an array of signature dishes inspired by authentic Mexican cuisine.
Lucia will round out the property’s impressive collection of restaurants, adding a vibrant touch to the culinary landscape. This latest addition marks the most recent step in the property’s ongoing transformation. With its authentic Mexican cuisine, lively atmosphere, and innovative offerings, Lucia will enhance the dining options and embody the property’s commitment to reinvention and excellence.

Signature Dishes & Cocktails
At Lucia, each dish is a celebration of tradition and taste. Guests can indulge in the rich flavors of Mexico with queso birria tacos, fire-grilled arrachera, and hand-crafted margaritas.
Taco Tuesday
Lucia will celebrate Taco Tuesday every Tuesday with $5 tacos available in the dining room and bar to spice up the week.
Daily Happy Hour
From 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm daily, guests can relax and unwind with Lucia’s daily happy hour at the bar. They can end the day on a high note with half-off house margaritas and $5 beers.
Fiesta Brunch
Lucia brings a spirited twist to the traditional weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday with its Fiesta Brunch. Guests can dine on Mexican-inspired brunch dishes while enjoying live music from a rotating selection of talented artists.
Taco Truck
This summer, guests can enjoy an express visit to Lucia through its Taco Truck pick-up window, located just off the casino floor. This timely experience is ideal for those on the move.
Lucia will be open nightly for dinner service and Fiesta Brunch on Saturdays & Sundays.
