WHAT: Dads can relax and enjoy a special brunch with live jazz at Vic’s Las Vegas. Brunch specials offered in addition to the regular menu include:

- Caesar Salad – Romaine hearts, Vic’s signature Caesar dressing, anchovy breadcrumbs ($14). Add chicken ($8), shrimp ($15), or salmon ($18).
- Vic’s House Salad – crisp iceberg, Romaine, and baby rocket lettuce with tomato cruda ($12)
- Potato Leek Soup ($12)
- Oysters – Blue Point on ice. Half dozen ($18) or a dozen ($34)
- Bone-In Ribeye – served with asparagus, baby carrots and choice of garlic mashed potatoes or fries ($58)
- Prime Rib – served with asparagus, baby carrots and choice of garlic mashed potatoes or fries ($58)
- Branzino – lemon caper sauce, asparagus, and baby carrots ($44)

Created by Porchlight Hospitality in 2023, Vic’s is in Symphony Park at 355 Promenade Place. The main dining room is open daily with lunch service from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. until midnight with live entertainment nightly.
