- Friday, Aug. 18: Doublewide | Valley of Fire | Byron Nemeth Band
In 2017, two musicians joined forces to form Doublewide, a band that skillfully blends the nostalgic tunes of their upbringing with their personal touch to the hard rock sound. Since its inception, Doublewide has taken their hard rock fusion stages across the west coast and beyond. Born from a yearning to express their musical roots, Valley of Fire was formed by childhood friends, guitarist Johnny Thornton and drummer Adriano Santos. Growing up, Thornton and Santos played for family, friends and classmates. As they honed their skills, they recruited Santos’ brother, Rocco Santos, on bass guitar and Dante Santos on lead vocals and keyboards. Also known as VOF The Band, Valley of Fire is currently writing and recording their debut studio album. On April 7, 2023, they released their second single, “All-American Vegas Girl,” on all streaming services, and two explosive films for the single on YouTube. They have also been featured on the popular podcast, “Jam in the Van.” Multi-instrumentalist and hard rock aficionado Byron Nemeth knew at a young age that music was his true calling. Throughout his career, Nemeth has opened for notable bands such as Metal Church, Doro Pesch, Warrant, Winger and many more. In 2023, Nemeth debuted a fresh concept of his group with a new single, “Spanish Transcendence,” which is available on all streaming platforms.
- Friday, Aug. 25: Rocco
A salsa group from Baranquilla, Colombia, Rocco will bring even more heat to Las Vegas. Rocco’s music celebrates rhythm, movement and passion. While their songs may be high tempo, their onstage energy is off the charts.
