Vegas Baby Vodka and Batch Hospitality to Make Sparks Fly this Fourth of July with Blueberry + Cranberry Collins Cocktail

Red, white and Vegas, baby! Vegas Baby Vodka and Batch Hospitality will celebrate Independence Day with the Blueberry + Cranberry Collins cocktail, created by Ryan Bruce, director of bar operations for Batch Hospitality’s Platform One, the new food hall coming to UnCommons next year, on Friday, July 4.

 

Inspired by the colors of the American flag, the Blueberry + Cranberry Collins is made with Vegas Baby Vodka, muddled blueberries, cranberry juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and club soda to finish. This refreshing cocktail will be available at Uncommons, first-of-its kind mixed-use development in southwest Las Vegas, opening in 2021, and can be created for at-home pool parties with the following recipe:

 

Blueberry + Cranberry Collins
2 oz. Vegas Baby Vodka
6 Muddled Blueberries
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
Splash of Cranberry Juice
Splash of Club Soda

 

Directions: Combine all ingredients into a Collins glass and stir. Finish with club soda.
