V&E Restaurant Group is pleased to announce their second west coast concept, opening within the same year, at The Venetian in Las Vegas. Located in the St. Mark’s Square, V&E Restaurant Group is demonstrating their gastronomic expertise through their unique market-style concept, with over a dozen culinary stations to choose from. Some of the stations that can be found are Pescheria, Macelleria, Pasta Mista, Il Forno, and Formaggio to name a few. La Birra and Cantinetta are the bar stations that feature a handpicked selection of imported and domestic beer and wine along with artisanal cocktails. The restaurant combines real Italian food with fresh seafood prepared, as it would be at a traditional Italian market found on the coast of Italy.
The menu is divided into stations, where guests can enjoy dishes from our traditional, family-style dining such as the Yellowfin Tuna from our Crudo Raw Bar or a high quality selection of Cured Meats and Cheese from our Saulermia and Formaggio stations complete with a bottle of our finest red or white wine from the Cantinetta. A la carte dining is also available, Guests can choose from Pasta Mista station and twirl their fork around some homemade pasta like our Plin Ravioli or Gnocchi. The most noted stations are Macelleria and Pescheria. The Macelleria features a delicious 10oz Filet Mignon cooked in a “Josper” oven, found only in two restaurants in Las Vegas. The Pescheria, where the fish is prepared fresh daily, features a Grilled Swordfish cooked in white wine, onion, tomatoes and parsley. As with all V&E Restaurant Group restaurants, the décor is curated by artists to reflect the true ambiance of the concept. Service is key to the group and so the servers are highly trained to educate the guests on the experience and are welcome to tour the stations for an authentic experience.
