Fall Into Flavor With New Seasonal Sips at Cabo Wabo Cantina

 Cabo Wabo Cantina, Sammy Hagar’s rockin’ Strip-side bar and restaurant located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino will welcome the new season with the addition of three new seasonal cocktails. Alongside the limited-time menu, Cabo Wabo will also honor the traditional Mexican holiday, Dia de los Muertos, with a specialty cocktail, the Resurrection, available ahead of the holiday.

Available beginning Tuesday, Oct. 15, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip on Cabo’s rockin’ patio while indulging in a trio of new cocktails. Cabo Wabo will put a seasonal twist on the traditional margarita with the Spiced Apple Margarita, crafted with apple cider, cinnamon, crème de cassis, Milagro blanco tequila and fresh lime juice; the Stark N Murky, an autumn take on the dark ‘N Stormy made with Elijah Craig Small Batch bourbon, ginger beer and fig liqueur and the Pumpkin Pie Martini featuring Tito’s Handmade vodka, pumpkin puree, holiday spices, whipped cream and a graham cracker rim, all priced at $16.

From Saturday, Oct. 26 through Saturday, Nov. 2, Cabo Wabo will celebrate Día de los Muertos, the Mexican holiday honoring dearly departed friends and relatives, with the Resurrection. The specialty cocktail will be crafted with Prime hydration drink, Midori, Cointreau and lemon juice and served inside a smoking skull head; priced at $21.95.

Cabo Wabo’s full menu of crafted cocktails will also be available, with standouts including Sammy’s Toasted Colada with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Coco Lopez, pineapple juice and freshly toasted coconut; Cabo Rockin’ Iced Tea made with Seagram’s sweet tea vodka, lemonade and fresh mint leaves; and Margarita Verde crafted with Santo blanco tequila, lime fresh cucumber and cilantro, all priced at $16.45 per glass, and $49.95 per pitcher.

Guests can pair the cocktails with Cabo Wabo’s signature dishes featuring the Wabolicious Cheeseburger made with pepper jack cheese, guacamole, grilled onions, jalapeños, lettuce and pickles, priced at $20.45; baja style fish tacos with beer battered cod, flour tortillas, shredded lettuce, chipotle aioli, tomatoes, cilantro, lime and pickled onions, priced at $23.95; and Sammy’s Tequila Shrimp featuring baja shrimp, garlic, cilantro, Cabo Wabo tequila-lime sauce, arbol chilis and Mexican dirty rice, priced at $32.95.
