Redheads from coast to coast are buckling up to go full throttle as Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Sammy Hagar brings his “The Best of All Worlds Tour – The Residency” to Dolby Live at Park MGM. From Wednesday, April 30, through Saturday, May 17, fans can rock out at Hagar’s own Cabo Wabo Cantina at Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood and sip cocktails honoring Hagar at several Vegas hot spots, including Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar at Caesars Palace and The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails and Amaya Modern Mexican at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Cabo Wabo Cantina, Hagar’s rockin’ Mexican restaurant and bar overlooking the Las Vegas Strip at Miracle Mile Shops, will offer fans a secret happy hour, available from 3 to 6 p.m. on show dates. Anyone with the password, “Red Rocker,” will receive half-off select appetizers and cocktails crafted with Hagar’s premium spirits brands, including regular margaritas, rojo or blanco sangrias, and draft beer. Standout dishes at the rockin’ Strip-side cantina include Cabo Wabo’s signature nacho platter made with a house cheese blend, beans, jalapeños, queso sauce, cotija cheese, sour cream and guacamole served on warm tortilla chips; Sammy’s tequila shrimp, Baja shrimp with garlic, cilantro, árbol chiles and Cabo Wabo tequila-lime sauce accompanied by garlic bread; and Baja shrimp ceviche with cucumber, tomato, red onion, cilantro and jalapeños, accompanied by spicy tortilla chips; among other shareable appetizers. Fans can toast their pre-show experience with  specially-priced Santo Tequila margaritas, Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum mojitos; and draft beers such as and Red Rocker Lager. Among the featured cocktails are the CW Mai Tai, made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Sailor Jerry, Myer’s, orgeat, pineapple, orange, lime and grenadine; Sammy’s Toasted Colada made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Coco Lopez, pineapple juice and served with a rim of toasted coconut; the Maui Rocker made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, orange curaçao, pineapple, grenadine and sweet-and-sour mix; El Santo made with Santo Mezquila, crushed jalapeños, pineapple and orange juice and agave nectar, as well as a variety of Santo margarita flavors including mango, strawberry, tamarind and cucumber.

The good times will roll all day long with a lineup of signature cocktails made with Hagar’s award-winning spirits at venues throughout Las Vegas, including:

  • The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails, the swanky hideaway behind a fully functional vintage barbershop at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, offers guests Hagar’s Santo Tequila with a kick of citrus swagger. The Santo Old Fashioned is a mix of Santo Reposado Tequila, fresh agave, orange bitters and angostura bitters, for a tequila-based old fashioned that hums with electrifying notes of banana, pineapple and green papaya with the citrus twist of orange and lime. Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum is also available to order at the speakeasy.
  • Caspian’s Cocktails and Caviar, the rock ‘n roll speakeasy located at Caesars Palace, is a picturesque caviar bar with a backstage pass to a rebellious rockstar hideaway. The poolside paradise invites you to “take a day off” with the strawberry mojito, a smooth hit of refreshment made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum.     • At the Dolby Live theater, guests can enjoy Sammy’s Rum Punch, a tropical blend of Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum and Beach Bar Kola Spiced Rum, mixed with pineapple, orange and guava juices, triple sec and bitters, garnished with a pineapple or orange; Sammy’s Frozen Piña Colada, featuring Beach Bar Platinum Rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice, topped with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry, plus an optional floater of Beach Bar Red Head Macadamia Nut Rum; the Santo Frozen Margarita, a refreshing mix of Santo Blanco, lime juice and triple sec, served in a salted-rim glass with a lime garnish; and the Santo Paloma, made with Santo Blanco, grapefruit juice, orange juice, lime juice and soda water for a citrusy, effervescent sip.
