La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas to Offer
All-You-Can-Eat Feast for the Big Game Celebration
Jenna and Michael Morton’s culinary destination will offer football fans an
all-you-can-eat package and bottomless bar options during the Big Game.
La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway, located at Wynn Las Vegas, will celebrate the Big Game on Sunday, Feb. 9, with an exclusive all-you-can-eat package along with bottomless bar options starting at 2:30 p.m.
La Cave’s one-of-a-kind butler-style service will enhance the Big Game experience with an extensive menu of gourmet small plates, allowing guests to enjoy a continuous flow of delicious bites throughout the game. The extensive menu will feature ahi tuna poke with cucumber, cilantro and mango aioli; artichoke & bean salad with garbanzo beans, green beans, avocado and ice wine vinaigrette; heirloom tomato caprese with mozzarella, basil and balsamic glaze; grilled sea bass tacos topped with pickled red onion tomatillo salsa; short rib tacos topped with avocado crema and pico; al pastor tacos topped with pineapple, cilantro and salsa verde; three sausage flatbread topped with chorizo, andouille, Italian sausage and pepperoncini; tomato mozzarella flatbread topped with capers and basil oil; chicken wings served with Frank’s RedHot and sweet chili sauce; BBQ meatballs served with house-made Jack Daniels BBQ; Wagyu mini burgers with onion bacon marmalade and chipotle aioli; mini chicken gyros with tzatziki and pear chutney; macaroni and cheese with gouda, smoked bacon and Hatch green chilies; loaded tater tots topped with sour cream, bacon and brown gravy; bacon-wrapped dates with bleu cheese fondue; shaved Mexican street corn with Tajín and cream; and mushroom truffle grits with pecorino cheese, beech mushrooms and truffle butter. To satisfy the sweet tooth, desserts will include carrot cake, chocolate mousse and berry cheesecake. The bottomless bar options will include a wide selection of beers, sommelier-selected wines and spirits. The bar package excludes shots and doubles. La Cave’s all-you-can-eat package is priced at $209 per person and bottomless bar options can be added on for an additional $125 per person.
Guests can enjoy the Big Game on multiple large-screen televisions placed throughout the venue, offering optimal viewing of every play, making each seat the best in the house.
Both the all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink packages will begin at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9 and will be available through the end of the game.
