In Country music, it may be the songwriters that build the engine, but it is the singers that drive the train. It could be argued that in no other genre of music does the singer’s role become more important. An ineffective vocal can kill a song, but the right vocal can mean the difference between simply hearing a song or having it rip your heart out. Country’s best singers impart joy, pain, love, sorrow, regret, success, and failure, sometimes within the same song. Spend an acoustic evening, enjoying hit after hit, from two of the most distinct voices in country music, John Anderson and Tracy Lawrence, as they perform songs such as “Seminole Wind,” “Time Marches On,” “Straight Tequila Night,” “Paint Me A Birmingham” and many more.
