UNLV WOMEN’S BASKETBALL HOSTS FIRST PLACE FRESNO STATE WEDNESDAY
All tickets are just $1 as the fourth place Lady Rebels look for their third straight win
After having won two straight games for the first time this season, the UNLV women’s basketball team looks to make it three in a row when it closes out the first half of the regular season hosting new conference rival Fresno State on Wednesday night at 7 pm in the Cox Pavilion. All tickets are just $1, while kids 12 and under are always free to UNLV Lady Rebel games.
Wednesday’s contest will be streamed live on UNLVRebels.com, thanks to a partnership with UNLV-TV, a media unit of the Hank Greenspun School of Journalism & Media Studies. The UNLV radio broadcast for the game by Adam Candee and Dominique Harris can be heard on KSHP 1400 AM as well as off a link from UNLVRebels.com.
While the Lady Rebels have now won three of their past four and are 3-1 in Mountain West play on their home court, they are facing a tough challenge as the Bulldogs are currently tied for first in the league with a 6-1 mark. UNLV won the last meeting between the two, a thrilling 73-71 victory in the Cox Pavilion claimed by the Lady Rebels in the final minute on Jan. 6, 2012.
