UNLV MEN’S SOCCER PLAYS EXHIBITION SATURDAY AGAINST CALIFORNIA BAPTIST
Live video stream of the game available at www.UNLVRebels.com
The UNLV men’s soccer team will play its lone exhibition game of the season on Saturday night, as the Rebels host California Baptist in an exhibition game at 5 pm at Peter Johann Memorial Field. Attendance is free, while fans attending the game should expect to park at the baseball parking lots and walk over to Johann Field, due to the construction project to increase the soccer parking.
UNLV is led by fifth-year head coach Rich Ryerson and return nine starters from a year ago, including four all-conference selections. There will be a live video stream of Saturday’s game against the Lancers available thanks to the Mountain West Network on UNLVRebels.com.
The regular season opener for the Rebels will come on Friday, Aug. 29, when UNLV takes on Western Illinois at 2:30 pm in the first game of the Hotels At Grand Prairie Classic, hosted by Bradley University in Peoria, Ill.
