Indulge promises a series of meticulously crafted events and collaborations throughout the week, celebrating the culinary world and the allure of diverse dining experiences. The World’s 50 Best Restaurants – Welcome Dinner at Carversteak (Private Event)
- To kick off The World’s 50 Best Restaurants event program, Carversteak is hosting an exclusive welcome event featuring a one-of-a-kind dinner created by Carversteak’s Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros and master mixologist Francesco Lafranconi along with World’s 50 Best award-winning chefs Virgilio Martínez, Pia León, Joan Roca and Jordi Roca.
The World’s 50 Best Restaurants – Closing Party at Allē Lounge on 66 (Private Event)
- For the ultimate celebration, Allē Lounge on 66 will close out The World’s 50 Best Restaurants week with a brunch party. The menu with feature a collaboration between Devin Hashimoto, Executive Chef of Resorts World Las Vegas, Tal Ronnen, Executive Chef of Crossroads Kitchen, and Ryan Nuqui, Executive Chef of Kusa Nori.
In addition to official events, Resorts World will host Indulge, a week-long dining series with special guests and collaborations. Here’s an overview of Indulge events:
Industry Only After Party at Jalisco (Private Event) – Monday, June 3
- Food writer Andy Wang will host an exclusive evening within Jalisco Underground. The event will bring omakase from Sushi by Scratch Restaurants and Chef Phillip Frankland Lee alongside caviar bumps from Astrea Caviar and a beer station from Big Noise.
Allē Lounge on 66 x Stubborn Seed by Jeremy Ford – Tuesday, June 4
- Resorts World Las Vegas invites guests to a special evening at Allē Lounge featuring Chef Jeremy Ford. The event will present an eight-course menu drawn from the acclaimed dishes of Chef Ford’s Michelin-starred Stubborn Seed restaurant in Miami. This intimate pop-up dinner not only offers a glimpse into the soon-to-open Stubborn Seed at Resorts World this fall but also includes personal interactions with Chef Ford himself. Priced at $375 per person, pairings for the evening will include select spirits from Edrington and fine wines from Jordan, with limited seating at 5 p.m. or 8 p.m.
NADC Takeover – Tuesday, June 4 and Wednesday, June 5
- Not a Damn Chance Burger is a collaboration between professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee. As an internet phenomenon, their signature wagyu cheeseburger has been the talk of the town since their inception, and they will be bringing it to RedTail along with their beast style fries for a special two-night event. Try the iconic burger for $16 and enjoy fries starting at $5 for the regular and $8 for the beast style from 5 to 10 p.m.
Sushi by Scratch Omakase – Tuesday, June 4 to Saturday, June 8
- This eatery from Chefs/owners Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee is no ordinary omakase spot. The nigiri are not just supremely finessed but also infused with original touches. They will be hosting a live omakase experience in the RedTail karaoke rooms for a uniquely curated 17-course dining journey. Priced at $225 per person, space will be limited as they will only have 3 seatings per night, with 10 seats per seating at 5 p.m., 7:15 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
Wally’s Mixology Masterclass – Wednesday, June 5
- Wally’s lead mixologist, Brandon Fay, will lead a premier masterclass at Jalisco Underground, dedicated to the art of cocktail creation. Scheduled for 3 p.m., guests will explore the intricacies of mixology while showcasing the art of charcuterie in real-time. Priced at $150 per person, this event is perfect for attendees looking to elevate their cocktail-making skills.
Eight Lounge Presents Glenfiddich Tasting – Thursday, June 6
- Step into the luxurious Chairman’s Lounge at Eight Lounge for an intimate and exclusive event during Resorts World’s Indulge Week. This elite gathering, reserved for discerning connoisseurs, features a masterfully curated Scotch tasting experience showcasing the legendary Glenfiddich
- Accompanying the Scotch, guests will enjoy select gourmet small bites crafted by Chef Nicole Brisson. The evening is complemented by a premium cigar pairing with Liga Privada H99 Robusto, enhancing the tasting journey. Priced at $250 per person, the event includes the Scotch tasting, culinary delights, a premium cigar, and a custom gift bag. The evening’s exclusivity extends from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., promising an immersive indulgence in luxury and flavor.
A Night with Brezza x ¡VIVA! – Thursday, June 6
- Chef Ray Garcia of ¡VIVA! and Chef Nicole Brisson of Brezza and Bar Zazu will collaborate to bring guests an exclusive culinary experience showcasing the rich tradition of Mexican cuisine. Combining Chef Ray Garcia’s culinary history of Mexican flavors, Chef Nicole Brisson will showcase her modern Italian influence on classic dishes. Priced at $215 per person, this intimate six-course dinner, held from 6 to 8 p.m., includes chef-led tableside moments and an optional expertly curated wine pairing for an additional $60, available to guests 21 years or older.
Camphor Presents Steak Frites at RedTail – Thursday, June 6 and Friday, June 7
- Camphor, led by Chefs Max Boonthanakit and Lijo George, will bring LA’s popular monthly Steak Frites night to Las Vegas for two nights only. Hosted by different members of the Camphor community—musicians, entertainers, designers, and more—Steak Frites is a night of good music, good food, and good company. This lively event will take place from 4 p.m. to midnight and is priced at $65 per person.
Chifa Takeover at FUHU – Friday, June 7
- Chifa, the family-owned LA restaurant created by Humberto, Rica, and Wendy Leon alongside Chef John Liu, will serve signature dishes at FUHU’s lush patio for one night only. Menu items featuring their beloved Chinese-Peruvian flair will include their Trinity Fried Rice (created in collaboration with iconic American singer, songwriter, and actress Solange), Black Pepper Shrimp, and more, priced at $185 per person from 5 p.m. until midnight.
Humberto Leon’s Birthday Celebration at Zouk Nightclub – Friday, June 7
- Following the Chifa takeover, the former co-creative director of Kenzo and co-founder of Opening Ceremony, Humberto Leon, will celebrate his birthday with close friends and his Chifa family at Zouk Nightclub, bringing together the worlds of food and fashion.

Three Square’s Las Vegas Restaurant Week
Resorts World Las Vegas is proud to participate in Three Square’s Las Vegas Restaurant Week taking place from Monday, June 3 through Friday, June 14. In support of the organization’s efforts to end hunger in southern Nevada, multiple venues across the property will offer carefully curated prix-fixe menus including:
- AQUA Seafood & Caviar Restaurant – Guests are invited to indulge in AQUA’s prix-fixe menu featuring delicacies such as shrimp toast with caviar sauce, Australian Caesar salad, salmon tartare, spaghetti pomodoro, Alaskan black cod, and blackberry cheesecake. The specialty menu will be offered at $80 per person, with an optional wine pairing for an additional $30 to enhance the experience.
- Bar Zazu – At the chic lounge, guests will enjoy an exquisite three-course menu including dishes such as Chef Beth’s meatballs, mediterranean salad, arancini, daily ceviche, spring chicken, Chilean sea bass, chorizo & goat cheese, cape grim skirt steak and with various desert choices. This menu is priced at $80 per person.
- Brezza – Patrons can savor in a delectable three-course menu including selections such as Tuscan carne cruda, Heirloom caprese, fried calamari, Lumache bolognese, chicken cacciatore, Alaskan halibut, and an array of delightful dessert choices. The prix-fixe menu will cost $90 per person, allowing guests to customize their dining exploration.
- Carversteak – Dine in this divine venue and reimagine the experience of a classic steakhouse. During this eventful week, Carversteak will showcase its three-course menu, featuring jumbo shrimp cocktail, filet mignon, black cod, yuzu panna cotta, and more for $110 per person.
- Crossroads Kitchen – Priced at $80 per person, patrons can expect a refined and impeccably curated plant-based menu featuring highlights such as a chilled cucumber soup, Heirloom peach and tomato salad, corn ravioli, and eggplant short rib.
- FUHU – The high-energy venue welcomes guests to enjoy a contemporary three-course menu costing $88 per person featuring flavorful dishes such as watermelon gazpacho with curried shrimp, pan roasted ono with forbidden rice, and finalized with an Asian pound cake with mascarpone crème, matcha, and sea salt.
- Genting Palace – Experience an extravagant culinary experience at Genting Palace with a specialty prix-fixe menu offered at $120 per person. Guests will be welcomed to delight in legendary dim sum combinations, wok-fried Angus tenderloin, stewed egg noodles with abalone, and more. For discerning palates seeking vegetarian options, the restaurant will also offer a special prix-fixe menu at $88 per person featuring steamed mushroom dumplings, double-boiled tofu soup with mushrooms and bamboo pith and more.
- Kusa Nori – Featuring a four-course menu, guests will be invited to indulge in luxury offerings, including selections such as lobster lemon soup, Bluefin tuna tataki, Tokushima Wagyu carpaccio, and a delightful array of desserts for $100 per person.
- ¡VIVA! – ¡VIVA!’s carefully crafted four-course menu will feature a variety of dishes, such as a Heirloom tomato salad, enchilada de pollo, Baja tacos, and churros, promising a fiesta for the taste buds at a price point of $40 per person.
- Wally’s Wine and Spirits – Visitors will be welcomed to delight in a lavish brunch or dinner experience at Wally’s. Brunch-goers can enjoy a three-course prix-fixe menu at $40 per person while dinner guests can indulge in a four-course specialty menu priced at $80 per person.
