Whether looking for a delicious early dinner or a more memorable celebratory night, Foundation Room offers a variety of options to celebrate. For those who want to experience fine dining, let Foundation Room provide the perfect finish to the year with a five-course prix fixe menu (also available as a Vegetarian option) with a 6 p.m. seating for $150 per person and a 9 p.m. seating at $350 per person (pricing excludes tax and gratuity). Both seatings include the five-course menu, a complimentary glass of champagne, and 50-percent discount on an optional open bar package for Foundation Room Lounge starting at 9 p.m.

The Foundation Room Lounge will open at 9 p.m. for general admission and bottle service packages. General Admission comes with open bar from 9-11 p.m. and is $150 or $250 for VIP General Admission with open bar from 9 p.m. until close. VIP Bottle Service Table Packages begin at $2,000, and for those looking for the ultimate VIP experience can book the Diamond Package for $8,000 which includes the very finest in table service Foundation Room has to offer, along with a premier table location in the venue. This package will accommodate up to 12 guests and comes with two Magnums of Perrier Jouet Champagne Brut Belle Epoque and guests’ choice of two Magnums of premium spirits.
