Triple George Grill Welcomes The Phantom of the Opera to Las Vegas with a Special Dinner Menu
Global Hit Musical Plays at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts May 31- June 1
Triple George Grill will debut a new The Phantom of the Opera menu in honor of the smash Broadway musical’s run at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts. The special a la carte menu will be available May 31 – June 11, 2017.
Fans of the Andrew Lloyd Webber classic musical will be taken on a culinary journey with dishes specially created to highlight the themes of The Phantom of the Opera. To begin the night, the Twisted Every Way cocktail will set the mysterious mood, featuring Prosecco, pamplemoussse rose and a grapefruit twist. Act I will then transport the guests to the famed Palais Garnier. For the first course guests have a choice of The Mirror, with tuna tartar and seared ahi tuna, the Lasso, a perfectly cooked Beef Wellington with horseradish cream dip or the Masquerade Ball, combining Arancini, parmesan and a velvety pesto cream sauce.
Act Two brings the meal to a crescendo, with choices including The Point Of No Return, a 14 oz. K.C. new york strip, foie gras, steak frites, bordelaise and asparagus, the Bravo Monsier, consisting of a trout almandine, haircot verts and quinoa or the Wandering Child, a French classic featuring free range coq au vin, wild mushrooms and potato hash.
