This year, make your Valentine’s Day one to remember with a night out at one of Boyd Gaming’s properties across the Las Vegas Valley. Eight Boyd Gaming locations will offer special menu options at great prices this February 14.

Canal Street – A three-course Valentine’s Day menu includes a starter of chicken roulade on brioche toast with sundried fruits, along with a choice of lobster bisque or house salad; entrée selections include Chateaubriand for two, or the Land and Sea Duet. The Chateaubriand for Two includes a prime center cut of beef tenderloin carved tableside, served alongside duchess potatoes, vegetable bouquetiere and bernaise and boedelaise sauces for $82. The Land and Sea Duet includes one petite filet of beef, served Oscar-style and 4 oz. of lobster dainty with roasted fingerling potatoes, fresh asparagus and baby carrots, serving one person for $42. Finish the meal with a tiramisu heart dessert.

Prime Rib Loft – A special Valentine’s menu will be served from 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. at the Prime Rib Loft. Meals begin with a fried ravioli topped with roasted garlic cream sauce, accompanied by a choice of Tuscan White Bean Soup or Grilled Fruit Salad. Entrée selections include Steak Diane or Herb-Crusted Orange Roughy. Finish the meal with a Valentine’s Day Heart with strawberries and chocolate Gelato. This three-course prix fixe menu is available for $38. Prime Rib Loft will also be serving its regular menu.

The Cortez Room – Special menu items for Valentine’s Day at the Cortez Room will include the Labor of Love Salad: crisp mixed greens with sliced pear, bleu cheese crumbles, sugar walnuts tossed with a raspberry vinaigrette for $8; the chilled strawberry champagne soup: a Greek yogurt and whipping cream mixture tamed with a kiss of champagne and strawberries for $6; Beauty & the Beast entrée, which includes a petite filet mignon served with black pepper corn sauce, grilled garlic shrimp, bleu cheese stuffed portabella mushroom and includes soup or salad for $36; Diamonds & Pearls entrée, an encrusted spinach-stuffed baked salmon with lemon crème buerre blanc sauce and toasted almond wild rice pilaf, including soup or salad for $32; and a special Sweetheart’s Heart Dessert for Two, a heart-shaped layered mousse, cake and pastry cream topped with chocolate ganache for $9.

SC Prime – Three-course Valentine’s Day menu includes a Sweethearts Crab & Corn Chowder with grilled heart-shaped bruschetta; spinach & artichoke salad tossed with creamy bacon dressing and heart-shaped croutons; three choices of entrée: Grilled Filet Mignon & Garlic Parmesan Shrimp for $39; Crispy Potato-Crusted Alaskan Salmon for $34; and Sauteed Duck Breast for $30. The meal is finished with chocolate ganache cheesecake with crème anglaise and raspberry drizzle. SC Prime will also be serving its regular menu.

Cafe Siena  — Three-course Valentine’s Day menu starts with The Passion Salad: baby spinach tossed with fresh diced cucumber, toasted almonds and fresh strawberries, served with homemade poppy seed vinaigrette. Select one entrée: Surf & Turf combination of beef tenderloin covered with a port wine reduction demi glaze and shrimp scampi served on a bed of angel hair pasta, topped with a creamy cheese sauce served with a side of fresh grilled asparagus; or the Lovely Duet, which combines freshly cooked shrimp and lobster skewers and is served with roasted red potatoes and fresh grilled asparagus. End the meal with My Sweetheart Delight, a white chocolate mousse cake with a raspberry and brandy coulis, and cherries jubilee; get all of this for only $14.99. Café Siena will also be serving its regular menu.

Oyster Bar – Three-course Valentine’s Day menu includes a Cajun-seared ahi tuna appetizer with choice of entrée: Sole Florentine, a lightly breaded filet of sole, sautéed in butter and served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and creamy Florentine sauce; or Seafood Paella, fresh mussels and clams, and a seafood medley served over saffron risotto. The meal is topped with Strawberry Mousse for dessert. $22.99.

Coasta Cantina – Three-course Valentine’s Day menu starts with soup or salad choice:  Ensalada Ala Diabla, a tortilla salad topped with shrimp diablo or fajita chicken or beef; or Shrimp Soup Mazatlan. Entrée choices are Pararrillada Enamora-dos — Pork, Chicken and Shrimp fajitas and carne asada served on a fajita skillet with roasted chiles, onion, peppers and tomatoes; or Ribeye Steak and Shrimp Elcaballero. Both entrees come with a side of rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo. Top off the meal with choice of dessert – Pastel Tres Leches or Chocolate Mousse. $19.99.

Willy & Jose’s – A three-course Valentine’s menu will be served for $25 per person, including chips & salsa, soup of the day or house salad. The main entree will be a Lobster Chimichanga and the featured dessert will be Willy’s Deep Fried Ice Cream.

Billy Bob’s Steakhouse – The Valentine’s Day special is Chateaubriand for Two for $60. This meal includes center-cut tenderloin served with béarnaise sauce and chateau potatoes, sautéed in butter. Strawberry Romanoff tops of the meal as dessert. Served with soup of the day or house salad.

Pasta Pirate – The Valentine’s Day special menu item will be a fire-roasted veal chop crowned with portabella mushroom sauce, accompanied by garlic-roasted fingerling potatoes and baby carrots. This meal comes with dessert, a swan-style cream puff pastry filled with whipped cream and drizzled with strawberry sauce. Dinner includes soup or salad, and a glass of house wine for $28.

Market Street Café – The special menu item is pan-seared filet and charbroiled shrimp served with potatoes and orange-glazed baby carrots for $12.99, served from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
