Treasure Island Restaurants Host Thanksgiving Day Feasts
Celebrate Thanksgiving at Treasure Island on November 22, featuring seasonal favorites from The Coffee Shop, Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que, Seafood Shack, Corner Market Buffet and Phil’s Italian Steak House.
The Coffee Shop
- Roasted butternut squash soup or arugula and cranberry salad, with carrots, goat cheese and almonds with sherry shallot vinaigrette.
- Roasted turkey white and dark meat, served with mashed potatoes with champagne gravy; traditional stuffing; maple, bacon and pecan roasted butternut squash; balsamic-glazed sautéed Brussels sprouts; and cranberry relish.
- Pumpkin pie or apple cranberry pie served with vanilla ice cream.
The three-course menu for $31.50 per person or à la carte will be available from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que
- Southern pecan and apple salad with endive arugula, radicchio, green apple, candied pecans with an orange mustard vinaigrette or lobster pumpkin bisque with pumpkin seed and micro chives.
- Roasted bourbon glazed turkey, served with Andouille sausage brioche stuffing, Yukon gold whipped potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables and savory gravy or a mesquite-grilled pork tenderloin marinate in chipotle and cilantro served with Yukon gold whipped potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables, wild mushroom demi glaze and truffle oil.
- House made deep-dish pumpkin pie or coconut rum custard pie.
The menu will be available for $40 per person from 11 a.m. to midnight.
Seafood Shack
- Roasted butternut bisque with lobster, brioche foie gras toast points
- Hydroponic baby mache, frisse, goat cheese, pickled apples, bacon and cider vinaigrette
- Oven roasted turkey served with classic corn bread, green bean casserole, bourbon cranberry sauce and homemade gravy
- Spiced pumpkin white chocolate panna cotta with ginger snap cookie.
The menu will be available for $45 per person from 5 to 10 p.m.
Phil’s Italian Steak House
- Cranberry and ricotta bruschetta.
- Butternut squash ravioli with orange and sage butter sauce or lobster and corn chowder.
- Free-range organic roast turkey with homemade gravy served with green bean casserole, cornbread and porcini stuffing, sweet and Yukon gold mashed potatoes; slow-roasted, thin cut prime rib, served with sweet and Yukon gold mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and onion gravy; or roasted vegetable risotto, made with baby carrots, zucchini, parsnips, bell peppers and Arborio rice
- Spiced pumpkin-white chocolate panna cotta with ginger snap cookie.
The menu will be available for $50 per person from 5 to 10 p.m.
Corner Market Buffet
