Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino in Henderson, Nevada is turning up the weekend vibes with a fresh brunch experience from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday, starting Saturday, March 22. The new “Brunch Club” promises a lively mix of live music, pop-ups from local small businesses, shareable cocktail trees and Italian-inspired brunch classics. Putting a fun twist on the traditional cocktail experience, Bottiglia’s Brunch Club will feature cocktail trees with a choice of Belvedere vodka espresso martinis or rosé cocktails made with The Beach by Whispering Angel. Priced at $85, these shareable, eye-catching trees make for the ultimate centerpiece while complementing the restaurant’s beloved brunch menu. For endless sips, guests can also take advantage of Bottiglia’s bottomless mimosas and Aperol spritzes, priced at $25. To pair with the cocktail trees, bottomless libations or Bottiglia’s vast wine collection, the menu showcases brunch favorites such as avocado toast, made with rustic bread, basil pesto and heirloom tomatoes; and decadent prosciutto eggs benedict, made with poached eggs, an English muffin and hollandaise.
Bottiglia will keep the energy high with a rotating lineup of local musicians each Saturday. To kick things off, Brazilian singer and musician Thiago Gusi will bring his soulful acoustic sounds, blending Latin, pop and jazz into an unforgettable soundtrack on March 22. Guests can also browse a carefully curated selection of local artisans and vendors each weekend, offering guests a unique way to shop while they sip and dine. The inaugural weekend will include a custom hat bar by Patch Bar and a charm necklace booth by Pink and Sage.
Brunch is served at Bottiglia from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday and dinner is served daily starting at 4 p.m. Happy Hour is from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made on the website here or by calling (702) 617-7191.
