The specialty cocktail menu draws from GA’s extensive spirit selection and
features creative plays on the event’s top drivers.

 

Fans gearing up for the big race in Las Vegas on Saturday, Nov. 23 can dash to General Admission, located at UnCommons in southwest Las Vegas, to catch all the exciting racing action and enjoy race week specials available from Monday, Nov. 18 through Saturday, Nov. 23. The hip lounge and elevated restaurant will offer a winning formula of hand-crafted cocktails influenced by the line-up of championship drivers as well as an exclusive brunch menu designed to rev up race week into high gear.

 

Drawing inspiration from the daring drivers, GA’s specialty cocktails include the Dutch Royalty, crafted with gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, orange bitters and tonic with a lemon twist garnish, inspired by the three-time champion; the Jalisco Spicy Margarita, made with tequila blanco, agave syrup, lime juice and three slices of jalapeño on ice with a Tajín rim and lime wheel garnish, inspired by the speedster from Mexico; the British Prodigy, made with gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and club soda on ice with a lemon slice garnish, inspired by the rising star wearing papya; the Monte Carlo Breeze, made with gin, Limoncello liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, fresh basil leaves and prosecco or champagne with a lemon peel garnish, inspired by the only Monegasque driver on the grid; the Spanish Spritz, made with Asturian Sidra cider, gin, Licor 43, fresh lemon juice, club soda and apple slices on ice with a lemon peel garnish, inspired by the veteran two-time champion; and the Knight’s Gimlet, made with gin or vodka, fresh lime juice and simple syrup on ice with a lime wheel garnish, inspired by the seven-time champion. All of the special race week cocktails are priced at $15.

 

The restaurant’s exclusive race week brunch menu will include champagne and rosé by the glass as well as popular breakfast dishes, including the New York Strip Steak & Eggs, prepared sunny side up and served with breakfast potatoes, priced at $18; French Toast topped with vanilla custard, compote berries, whipped cream and Vermont maple syrup, priced at $12; and Denver Omelette, made with ham, bacon, peppers and cheddar cheese and served with breakfast potatoes, priced at $14.

 

General Admission is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to midnight Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 p..m. Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. Happy Hour is from 3 to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. A weekend brunch runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
