Monthly Culinary Series to Showcase Cuisine from Renowned Chefs

 Harvest by Roy Ellamar will roll into summer with Snack Wagon Takeover, a monthly culinary series that will allow guests to get up-close-and-personal with their favorite chefs. The interactive event will begin Thursday, June 16 with celebrity chef Todd English and will showcase executive chefs from Bellagio Resort & Casino and other MGM Resorts International resorts as they put their culinary spin on one of the signature wagons. The snack wagon is a beautifully crafted wood cart on wheels that will graciously glide through the restaurant, stopping tableside so guests may select exclusive culinary bites from the guest chef’s restaurant.

 

During the flavor-melding event, English will guide the roaming snack wagon around Harvest’s main dining room and lounge while mingling with guests, answering culinary questions and serving specially crafted dishes from his modern Mediterranean hotspot, Olives. Executive Chef Roy Ellamar’s traditional Harvest snack wagon, featuring savory farm-to-table small bites, also will roam the restaurant during the event. Prices will vary per item and will be made available during the snack wagon tableside presentation.
