The new additions add fresh, lighter bites to its brunch lineup
as well as decadent lobster selections.

Toasted Gastrobrunch, named the #1 brunch spot in the US by Yelp for 2024, is elevating its brunch game with the debut of its “Light Side of the Moon” menu, now available, featuring lighter options to fall into as the season changes as well as lobster twists on select breakfast classics.

Putting eggs on center stage, the red eggs include a scramble of egg whites, cremini mushrooms, bell peppers, red onions, tomatoes and chipotle pesto, topped with goat cheese and served with a garlic roasted tomato and multi-grain bread, priced at $21; while the green eggs pack a flavorful punch with jalapeños, scallions, garlic, spinach and parsley, finished with creamy avocado, feta and asparagus and served with fresh fruit and garlic roasted tomato, priced at $22.50. Adding an extra layer to Toasted’s already diverse offerings, new highlights include the Skinny Jane, featuring two eggs cooked any style with a choice of chicken sausage or turkey bacon, served with a garlic roasted tomato, fresh seasonal fruit and hearty grilled multi-grain bread; and multi-grain avocado toast with arugula, almonds, olive oil and an egg, each priced at $16.50.

Toasted’s expanded menu includes indulgent selections such as the lobster scramble with sweet corn, scallions and boursin cheese, served with parmesan truffle potatoes, garlic-roasted tomato and grilled sourdough bread; along with the lobster benny featuring brioche bread adorned with poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, tomatoes and dill, each priced at $33.

Guests can also opt for classic choices such as the protein-packed Kodiak cakes with walnuts and banana, priced at $18; or berries & granola served with pepitas, flax seeds, honey and bee pollen, priced at $15. Those who prefer the lunch side of brunch can savor the turkey wrap with smoked turkey, spinach, cucumber, feta and seasoned mashed avocado, served on a whole wheat tortilla with a side of fruit, priced at $18; or choose from new salads like balsamic grilled chicken with gorgonzola, walnuts, basil and balsamic vinaigrette served on a bed of mixed greens, priced at $17.50.
