On-Site Adoptions, Live Entertainment, Food Trucks, Pop Up Shops and More, Available to Attendees for One Day Only Dog Lover Affair

 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: The Paws Festival welcomes dog lovers of all ages.

 

WHAT:  The second annual Paws Festival will be filed with furry family fun at Tivoli Village. Shop, dine and meet adoptable dogs looking for their “fur”ever home. There will be live bands, food trucks, pop up shops for attendees to make a day out of the one day only affair.

 

Participating Tivoli restaurants are also joining in on the fun with opportunities geared for locals to dine on their dog-friendly patios.  Whether it’s breakfast with your Doxen at Leone Cafe, brunch with your Golden Retriever at Brio, Hamptons with your Hound, or brews with your Bulldog at PKWY Tavern, there are plenty of options when it comes to on-site dining. A portion of the proceeds from patio dining will benefit local dog rescues and nonprofits. Local dog rescues that will be on-site to spark awareness and fund raise will include the Golden Retriever Rescue of Southern Nevada, Noah’s Animal House, Paws On My Way Home Rescue, Vegas Shepherd Rescue and more.

 

Tivoli has also set the stage with live entertainment that will include stars from the hit show Vegas Gone Country and TV personalities from The Voice Season Six, Ryan Whyte Maloney and Kylee Skye Lynn, respectively. Other notable entertainment will include master close-up magician Mickey Silver as well as Rod Stewart impersonator John Anthony. Local celebrity dogs will include Bark Andre Furry and I Am Willow.

 

Entrance to the festival is free of charge.

WHEN:  The Paws Festival will take place on Sunday, April 28 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with live entertainment beginning at 1:00 p.m.

 

WHERE: The Paws Festival will take place at Tivoli Village, located at 400 South Rampart Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada 89145. Dog-friendly patios at participating restaurants that are also joining in on the efforts include: Leone Cafe, Brio, Hamptons, and PKWY Tavern.

 

WHY:  The Paws Festival will return to Tivoli Village not only to find homes for shelter dogs in need, but to raise funds and awareness for local nonprofits and animal rescues that locals may have not otherwise known.
