THIS SUNDAY, EXOTICS RACING HOSTS MONTHLY VSK LEAGUE GO-KART CHAMPIONSHIP RACE

WHAT:
While NASCAR action takes place on the neighboring speedway this Sunday, Feb. 23, Vegas Superkarts (VSK) – the city’s longest and fastest outdoor go-kart racetrack by Exotics Racing – will host the second VSK League event in its new monthly racing championship. Open to every level of driver age 15 and older, the VSK League hosts races on the last Sunday of every month. The next race in this series is Sunday, Feb. 23, at 8:30 a.m. The VSK League races begin at 8:30 a.m.

VSK League racers earn points toward the Sodi World Series (SWS), the international ranking of the top Sodi rental kart drivers in the world. The SWS represents the largest worldwide go-kart ranking system and the VSK League offers the only participating competition in Las Vegas. The more races drivers enter, the more points they can accumulate toward qualifying for the Sodi World Finals in Dubai.

VSK League drivers compete in three 8-minute races to win points and increase their rankings on the championship leaderboard. Each race concludes with a podium ceremony complete with trophies for the top three racers. Drivers can check their rankings of the SWS website and compare their records with friends and drivers from all over the world.
