Therapy and TREVI Serve Up Specials for Fourth of July!

Fourth of July is right around the corner, and both Therapy and TREVI Italian Restaurant are offering specialty dishes and drinks for the holiday!

From Wednesday, July 4^th to Sunday, July 8^th, Therapy’s patriotic specials include:

• The Flagship, a red, white and booze-y cocktail, made with Smirnoff blueberry vodka, fresh lime, simple syrup, pear bitters, sprite, club soda and Blue Curacao, topped with fresh raspberries and blackberries, priced at $10.
• The ‘Patriotic Patty’ – a Wagyu beef patty, topped with white cheddar, BBQ pulled pork and Applewood smoked bacon, drizzled with crispy fried onion strings and served with shoestring fries, priced at $18.
• ‘Nachos Locos’ – created with blue corn tortilla chips topped with braised chicken thighs, tomatillo salsa, white cheddar cheese sauce, Fresno chili peppers, avocado and sour cream, priced at $13.95.

TREVI is celebrating the holiday with a specialty cocktail:

• The Red, White and BOOM libation is a colorful combination of a strawberry margarita, triple sec, tequila, Blue Curacao, sweet and sour mix, fresh strawberries and lime, priced at $10.
