The Venetian® and The Palazzo® Las Vegas Awarded 2015 Four Star Rating From Forbes Travel Guide

The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas, two of the world’s most recognizable destination resorts, both owned and operated by Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE: LVS), have once again been honored with the prestigious Four Star Award from Forbes Travel Guide. This is the seventh year The Palazzo has been rated and the ninthconsecutive year for The Venetian. Four Star hotels are described as “outstanding establishments in a distinctive setting with expanded amenities and exceptional service to create a luxury experience.”

“We are honored to receive a rating that truly reflects our high standards in the quality of our guest experience,” said John Caparella, president and COO of The Venetian, The Palazzo and Sands Expo. “We are especially pleased that ‘quality of service’ is a determining factor in this final rating.  As an organization, we have put significant resources toward the development and refinement of our service delivery based on customer feedback and analysis.  When this is paired with passionate team members, we have a recipe for an exceptional guest experience.”

Forbes Travel Guide has provided the most objective, disciplined ratings for hotels and restaurants in North America for more than 50 years. To achieve Four Star status, hotels must meet or exceed Forbes Travel Guide’s service standards on up to 800 standardized criteria. Including overall guest experience and customer service determined through unannounced evaluators.  These standards raise the bar in hospitality as quality of service is the decisive factor in the final rating.

“Our Star Ratings recognize the finest hotels, restaurants and spas in the world. These ratings serve as the most authoritative guideposts for guests seeking exceptional travel experiences. Our primary mission is to contribute to excellence in hospitality, serving the global tourism industry as well as the guest,” said Gerald J. Inzerillo, Chief Executive Officer of Forbes Travel Guide. “We’re proud to be associated with the new additions to our global list.
