Comedian, actress and writer Heather McMahan joins the Aces of Comedy series at The Mirage Hotel & Casino Friday, May 1 at 10 p.m. Creator of the “Absolutely Not” podcast, McMahan uses self-deprecating humor and life experiences in The Farewell Tour.

McMahan, an Atlanta native, is currently on her first stand-up tour around the U.S. Her show is 90 minutes of storytelling stand-up and improv comedy. McMahan’s comedic material is upfront and honest and includes a variety of impressions from familiar people in her life to the original characters she creates. She breaks down the everyday struggles of doing the most, and the least, at the same time. McMahan draws inspiration from comedy legends Joan River and Conan O’Brien. She previously performed at Upright Citizens Brigade, and her film and T.V. credits include Netflix’s “The Trap,” The Film Arcade’s “The Family”, and multiple appearances on NBC’s “TODAY.”
