The Las Vegas Natural History Museum to Host Annual”Dinoween”on Nevada Day
Community Invited to Attend Creepy Crawly Carnival-Themed Halloween
Event on October 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Free Admission for all Children 12 and Under
The Las Vegas Natural History Museum is celebrating Dinoween this Nevada Day, October 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with creepy crawly carnival themed programming. Designed for all ages, games and presentations are created to engage participants in learning about critters and exploring natural history.
Activities will include critter encounters with local vendors, face painting, science demonstrations, crafts, and candy giveaways while supplies last. A variety of family-friendly activities will be available until 3 p.m. Representatives from community partners including Cristo Rey St. Viator College Preparatory High School, University of Nevada Reno Extension: Partners in Parenting, and Roseman University will be present to provide information on educational opportunities.

Located north of Cashman Center at 900 Las Vegas Blvd N., the museum is open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. General admission tickets are priced at $14 per adult and $7 for children ages 3-11 and can be purchased online at http://www.lvnhm.org or at the door. Discounts are available for Nevada residents.
