“The Las Vegas Epicurean Affair is one of our favorite evenings of the year and we’re thrilled to partner with the Nevada Restaurant Association to bring the event back to The Palazzo for the fifth year,” said Sebastien Silvestri, vice president of food and beverage for The Venetian and The Palazzo. “It’s an amazing opportunity for guests to enjoy delicious selections from the best chefs in Las Vegas at a gorgeous poolside affair.”
