THE COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS UNVEILS HOLIDAY ENTERTAINMENT AND DINING OPTIONS

 

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas welcomes guests to celebrate the holidays with festive experiences and unparalleled dining.

 

The safety and security of guests and employees is a top priority. To ensure guests can comfortably and safely enjoy the holiday season, social distancing and additional safety measures are strictly enforced throughout the resort, and guests are required to wear face coverings unless eating or drinking while seated. Wine On Us

Beginning Monday, Dec. 21

Toast to the holiday season at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas with a complimentary bottle of wine on us. Available Monday – Thursday evenings at select restaurants, guests can enjoy dinner with their choice of red, white or rosé from a curated selection of international labels. Blue Ribbon

Christmas Specials; Friday, Dec. 25, 5:00 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Bringing flavor and flare to the holiday season, Blue Ribbon offers an eclectic mix of familiar and fine foods. This Christmas, Blue Ribbon is serving up nostalgia with specialty menu items such as Broiled Lobster served with garlic butter, breadcrumbs, grilled asparagus and twice baked potato; Hot Buttered Rum Drink Special and Warm Apple Crisp with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce and candied pecans. District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew.

Holiday Donut Lineup; Available now through Wednesday, Dec. 30

The New Orleans’ cult favorite serves up an extensive sweet and savory menu featuring more than 100 artisan donuts on rotation. This holiday season, three delectable additions will be available for a limited time: Chocolate Peppermint Bark, Christmas Cookie Butter and Christmas King Cake.

 

China Poblano

Sparkling Festival; Now through Wednesday, Dec. 30

Join China Poblano in celebrating the holiday season with a specially selected Sparkling Flight or expertly crafted Jasmine Springs Cava Cocktail. Both pair well with the limited-edition Xia Sui Mai topped with trout roe.

 

Take-Out Menu

Take the celebration home with China-Poblano’s easy and delicious take-out menu. Open for lunch, dinner and take out, China Poblano’s to-go menu offers to-go feasts such as the Taco Feast for Two, Chinese Feast for Two and Cocktails for Two featuring menu staples to be picked up at China’s walk-up window. A la carte items are also available to-go.

 

Las Posadas Menu; Dec. 18 – Dec. 22

For those looking to kick of holiday season early, China Poblano’s specialty Las Posadas menu serves up Pozole Verde, Tostada Rusa, Tamal Rojo and Noche Buena with the featured Ponche Navideño cocktail Dec. 18 – 22. Reservations are required and can be made online.

 

The Ice Rink

The Ice Rink at The Cosmopolitan is open for its ninth holiday season and will remain open until Jan. 3. Guests can marvel in the twinkling lights of the Las Vegas skyline as the Boulevard Pool transfers into a rooftop wonderland featuring a 4,200 square-foot ice rink, seasonal culinary cocktail and fare, socially distanced fire pits for s’mores making, and classic holiday films on the resort’s 65-foot marquee. All day skating access for non-hotels guests is $30 and skate aid seals and reindeers are available for additional purchase.

 

The rooftop Ice Rink has implemented additional procedures to normal programming to ensure proper social distancing measures are met. Advanced ticket purchases and reservations can be made here.

 

Jaleo

Sparkling Festival; Now through Wednesday, Dec. 30

Raise a glass to commemorate this holiday season with Jaleo’s specialty Sparkling Festival menu. Guests can enjoy a specialty featured Agua de Sevilla Cava cocktail or an expertly curated Sparkling Flight. Those hoping to take the party home can decide among four bottles from Jaleo’s “Bottles To Go” menu including: De Nit Rosé Brut, Raventós i Blanc 2017, Cuvée José, Raventós i Blanc 2016, Manuel Raventós, Raventós i Blanc 2010 or Dom Pérignon, Moët Chandon 2009. Milk Bar

Peppermint Bark Cake, Truffles and Pretzel Snaps; Available now through Dec. 31

Chef Christina Tosi’s Milk Bar focuses on putting a playful, approachable spin on nostalgic home-style desserts. The decadent Peppermint Bark Cake is the perfect cozy, peppermint confection with layers of crunchy cocoa crumbs, silky chocolate fudge, creamy peppermint frosting and crushed candy cane bits. Available at $54 for a 6-inch cake or $120 for a 10-inch cake.

 

For a bite-sized treat, the Peppermint Bark Truffles are made with double chocolate chip cake and crushed candy cane bits, rolled in red and chocolate sprinkles and minty sand. Available at $24 for a dozen.

 

The much sought-after, Peppermint Pretzel Snaps, are back, combining pretzels, peppermint, caramel and chocolate atop a crisp dark chocolate wafer before being dipped in silky white chocolate peppermint bark. Available at $30 for six or $57 for a dozen.

 

Momofuku

Penicillin Cocktail; Available now through Summer 2021

As the days get colder, Chef David Chang’s Momofuku welcomes back its signature Penicillin cocktail to the menu. Sip on Compass Box’s Great King Street Scotch, fresh ginger, local honey, lemon and smoke with The Peat Monster whiskey, available for $18. Reservations are required and can be made here.

 

Scarpetta

The Chef’s Table; Friday, Dec. 25 from 5:30 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Parties up to four can indulge in age-old recipes and expertly selected wine pairings at the Chef’s Table at Scarpetta. The immersive, private dining experience features menu highlights such as Homemade Buratta, Scampi and Porchetta. Reservations start at $200 per guest and are required in advance.

 

STK

Holiday Menu Specials; Friday, Nov. 27 – Wednesday, Dec. 30

STK is serving an unparalleled wagyu beef selection this holiday season. Guests can indulge in Japanese Toriyama Gunma Prefecture Filet, Certified Japanese A5 Kobe Wine Beef Strip, Umami Olive Fed American Wagyu Strip or Carara 640 Australian Wagyu Picanha, now through the end of December. In addition to the prestigious wagyu selection, STK holiday specials include Oysters Champagne Grantin, Not Your Daddy’s Surg & Turf, Roasted Lamb Rack, Seared Sea Scallops & Black Truffle and King Crab & Truffle Gnocchi.

 

Christmas Specials; Wednesday, Dec. 24 – Thursday, Dec. 25

Those looking to indulge this holiday season can feast upon a Christmas classic roasted “linz” prime rib. Available at $69 per guest, this timeless dish is served with confit fingerling potatoes and port wine shallots topped with black truffle Madera sauce. Add foie gras butter for an additional $10 or shaved truffles for $15.

 

Wicked Spoon

Holiday Offerings

Thursday, Dec. 24 – Friday, Dec. 25, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Currently Las Vegas’ only operating buffet on The Strip, Wicked Spoon invites guests to take an imaginative twist on familiar staples and seasonal dishes. This Christmas, Wicked Spoon is offering 1.5-hour reservation allotments to enjoy specialty holiday dishes like Herb Roasted Root Vegetables with Truffle Parmesan, Brussel Sprouts with Pepitas and Frigs, Smashed Fingerlings with Chestnut Gremolata and Roasted Turkey Breast with Thyme Gravy and Cranberry Relish, starting at $49 per guest.
