THE COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS TO DEBUT ROSE.RABBIT.LIE.
Opening in late December 2013, Rose.Rabbit.Lie. is the newest addition to The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. A rebirth of the social club, Rose.Rabbit.Lie. is a modern twist on clubs of the night—a truly communal venue, where the experience lies not only with the power of production, but within the excitement of improvisation. The result is an entirely new genre that blurs the lines between restaurant, bar, club and show to create a grand social experiment; one that uniquely arrives in spontaneous moments throughout the evening. Rose.Rabbit.Lie. will deliver an unexpected mash-up featuring world-class partner Coastal Luxury Management, curating food and beverage, and an entertainment partner soon to be announced.
“The idea of a modern social club is inspired by the spirit of Johnny Carson, Desi Arnaz and Circus Maximus—the past that still captures a romantic piece of real estate in our minds. It’s personal and intimate one moment, grandiose and inclusive the next. Guests are surrounded by the evening and become part of the experience the moment they arrive,” said John Unwin, CEO of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. “As an audience, we may not even know what is on tap for the evening, but it will certainly be something to talk about. Here, the night always makes for great conversation.”
Rose.Rabbit.Lie. brings the track record of innovation of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas together with Coastal Luxury Management and a soon-to-be-named entertainment partner for the first time in this unprecedented new concept designed by AvroKo. Coastal Luxury Management, founded and managed by Robert Weakley and David Alan Bernahl II, produces the Pebble Beach Food & Wine and Los Angeles Food & Wine Festivals, the latter of which recently celebrated its third year. Known for bringing together the highest caliber of culinary and beverage talents, Coastal Luxury Management also created the James Beard Award-nominated Restaurant 1833 in Monterey, CA, and the forthcoming Faith & Flower in downtown Los Angeles slated to open fall 2013.
