THE CANTINA BY EL DORADO INTRODUCES NEW MENU ITEMS

WHAT: The Cantina by El Dorado has expanded its approachable and affordable menu just in time for Summer, with the additions of fresh salads, burgers, and much more!
New items include shareable starters such as the spicy Diablo Shrimp, jumbo shrimp with sweet & spicy Diablo sauce, cilantro, chiles, and served with Queso Toast ($15); Papas Bravas with chipotle crema, Salsa Bravas, Cotija cheese, chiles, cilantro ($9); Baja Ahi Stack, fresh Ahi with Chile de Arbol, Tomatillo Crema, lime, Serrano chiles, Pico de Gallo, avocado, sour cream and served with tortilla chips ($15); Queso Gringo, Cheddar and Oaxaca cheeses with jalapeños, Fresnos, Chimichurri, and Pico de Gallo ($12). Other new items include fresh salads such as the Chili Lime Salad with grilled chicken, shredded lettuce, cabbage, roasted corn, avocado, and Pico de Gallo, tossed with Jalapeño Ranch, and topped with Queso Fresco and crispy tortilla strips ($15); and the Carne Asada Fajita Salad with Carne Asada, chopped Romaine, roasted peppers and onions, and crema, served with flour tortillas, guacamole, Cilantro Lime Dressing, and Cotija cheese ($18); and two new burgers for $14 each: the Cantina Burger and the Cantina Smash Burger, both served with crispy fries.
