New Specialty Menu Celebrates First Anniversary for
Highly-Acclaimed The Cabinet of Curiosities Lounge and
The Lock Speakeasy

It’s been a year of discovering new interests and stories untold at The Cabinet of Curiosities bar and its hidden speakeasy, The Lock. But oddities abound and with that the amazing craft cocktails that guests have come to love. In honor of this fateful auspicious date, two new specialty menus have been unlocked to celebrate the first anniversary of the immersive bar and speakeasy.
“We’ve had so much fun this past year, exploring the cocktails and stories within The Cabinet and seeing the delight as guests find their way into The Lock and the mysteries that unfold with their Secret Menu cocktails,” said Tom Zaller, president and CEO of Imagine Exhibitions. “We have some new mysteries to be revealed in the coming year and we’re excited to continue this journey with guests, both new and old.”

All cocktails are $18
- The Doggfather – Snoop Dogg’s Indoggo Gin, red wine, fresh strawberries, simple syrup, cucumber slices, ginger beer and garnished with fresh mint leaves.
- Berry Dreamy – blueberries, blueberry vodka, Absinthe, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, blackberry brandy, ginger beer and garnished with blueberries.
- Summer Breeze – Mandarin vodka, ginger ale, pineapple juice and garnished with lemon and lime wedges.

Cocktails starting at $22
- My Blue Heaven – Blueberry puree, lavender puree, rich vanilla syrup, simple syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, Reposado tequila and garnish with a dollop of blueberry whipped cream.
- Full of Passion – Passion fruit puree, passion fruit liqueur, simple syrup, lime juice, rich vanilla syrup, vodka or rum and garnish with a dollop of passion fruit whipped cream.
The anniversary menus at both The Cabinet and The Lock are available now through Sept. 22, 2023.
Additionally, guests can now pique their curiosities and save a little earlier in the day as The Cabinet of Curiosities launches its Happy Hour menu from 12 noon to 6 p.m. daily at its immersive bar experience inside Horseshoe Las Vegas.

- Prehistoric Punch – Malibu Rum, Lime Juice, Egg White, Blue Curacao, Plantation Rum and 7-Up (The Prehistoric Punch pairs well with Imagine Exhibition’s newest attraction, Dino Safari: A Walk Thru Adventure.)
- Orange Creamsicle – Absolut Mandarin, heavy cream, vanilla syrup, honey syrup and 7 up (
- Thai Firecracker – Heavy cream, lime juice, Malibu Rum, Firewater bitters, coconut puree and garnish with basil and mint leaves.
