The Broken Yolk Cafe will celebrate the grand opening of its fifth Southern Nevada location on Monday, March 3 in Summerlin at 9480 W. Sahara Ave, inside the Village Square Plaza. Opening day festivities include a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Commissioner April Becker, along with giveaways, photo opportunities and other entertainment.

Spanning 5,000 square feet, the new location will feature a modern design atmosphere with an open and airy indoor floor plan designed to seat 160 guests. Continuing the Broken Yolk Cafe tradition, this location will also feature a full bar, a standout feature that sets it apart from other breakfast spots.

Breakfast and brunch enthusiasts are encouraged to join the grand opening celebration and enjoy popular dishes that have earned Broken Yolk Cafe recognition across the valley, including:

  • Crunchy French Toast, made with three extra thick slices of bread rolled in crunch frosted flakes, sprinkled with sliced almonds, raspberries, powdered sugar and topped with whipped cream and a raspberry drizzle
  • Golden State Benedict, made with a toasted English muffin topped with grilled tomato, avocado, applewood-smoked bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and a sriracha drizzle
  • Fiesta Burrito, made with scrambled eggs, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, seasoned shredded beef and cheddar cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla, smothered in their house-made salsa verde and topped with sour cream, avocado and fresh salsa

Broken Yolk Cafe will reward the first 100 guests who purchase an entrée with a $25 gift card. Additionally, guests who sign up on the Broken Yolk Cafe app and make the Summerlin location their primary location will have the opportunity to spin a prize wheel to win exciting items, including Broken Yolk Cafe swag and discounts, as well as gift cards and product from its neighbors, Poppy Collective and Color Me Mine.

The Summerlin location will be open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays for dine-in, takeout and delivery, as well as catering services, providing a convenient option for breakfast and brunch gatherings. It will be operated by ScaleX3 Management, which also manages the other four Valley locations: Southwest (9423 S. Rainbow Blvd, Suite A150); Henderson (3458 St. Rose Parkway, Suite 10); Town Square (6805 S. Las Vegas Blvd #125); and Downtown (201 S. Las Vegas Blvd).
