THE BEAST INSIDE AREA15 UNVEILS LIMITED-EDITION LAS VEGAS RESTAURANT WEEK MENU
Portion of Proceeds to Benefit Three Square Food Bank
The Beast, the imaginative gastropub in the heart of AREA15, announces its limited-edition prix fixe Las Vegas Restaurant Week menu. From Monday, June 3 through Friday, June 21 (excluding Saturdays), The Beast will offer a three-course dinner menu from 5 to 10 p.m. for $50 per person, plus tax and gratuity. For every menu sold, $4 will be donated to Three Square Food Bank to help feed those in need.
“At The Beast, we believe in not only serving mouthwatering, crave-worthy cuisine but also in nourishing our community,” said chef Cesar Juarez of The Beast. “Participating in Las Vegas Restaurant Week allows us to extend our table to include those in need. By teaming up with Three Square Food Bank, every specialty menu served not only delights our guests but also provides essential support to our neighbors facing hunger.”
The complete Las Vegas Restaurant Week dinner menu follows:
First Course (choice of one):
- Tuna Tacos – Shoyu ahi tuna, wonton shell, smashed avocado, smokey crema
- Wedge Salad – Iceberg lettuce, blue cheese crumbles, roasted tomatoes, bacon, balsamic glaze, blue cheese dressing
Second Course (choice of one):
- Short Rib Tortellini – Short rib-stuffed tortellini, truffle, spinach, mushrooms, parmesan, garlic cream
- Classic Cheeseburger – 8-ounce signature blend burger, American cheese, lettuce, roasted tomato, pickles, grilled onions, thousand island sauce, house bun, topped with signature potato tornado
- Ultimate Meat Pizza – Pepperoni, brisket, sausage, mozzarella cheese, roasted peppers, mushrooms
- Ancient Grain Bowl – Quinoa, barley, sweet potato, kale, mushrooms, smashed avocado, topped with lime jack fruit
Third Course:
- Pineapple Delight – Whole fresh layered pineapple, pineapple crème brûlée, pineapple ice cream
