There’s much to be thankful for this month at The Forum Shops at Caesars. Always open on Thanksgiving, a number of the premier retail center’s restaurants are offering up special meals and deals for Thanksgiving. From traditional Thanksgiving dinner to festive holiday sweets and treats, there’s much to celebrate during this season of reflection and gratitude.

Carmine’s NYC Italian Family Restaurant
Let Carmine’s do the cooking this year. Celebrate the holiday with family and friends with Carmine’s traditional Thanksgiving Feast. Designed to feed a family of eight, Carmine’s family-style Thanksgiving Feast includes; an 18-pound roasted turkey with sausage and sage stuffing served with homemade cranberry sauce, brussel sprouts with caramelized onions and applewood smoked bacon, sautéed string beans, baby carrots with fresh dill, sweet potatoes topped with marshmallows and maple syrup, mashed potatoes with giblet gravy and your choice of either pumpkin, apple or pecan pie. Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab
While Thanksgiving is a holiday many dedicate to the kitchen, this year, relax and leave the details to Joe’s. Begin your Thanksgiving feast with a choice of Crab Bisque or Roasted Beet Salad followed by traditional favorites and fixings, including Oven-Roasted Turkey with Herb Stuffing and Gravy, Martha’s Citrus Cranberry Relish, Baked Butternut Squash topped with Marshmallows, Jennie’s Potatoes, and Green Beans Amandine. Conclude your celebration with a choice of Pumpkin Chiffon Pie or Sweet Potato Pecan Pie. The price is $39.95 for adults, $19.95 for children ages 5 to 12, and kids under 5 eat for free. Spago
Enjoy the great American Thanksgiving Day feast at Spago inside The Forum Shops on Thursday, November 28. Executive Chef Eric Klein has created a sensational three-course menu. Choice of Autumn Salad or Spiced Butternut Squash Soup, followed by Roasted Organic Free-Range Turkey Breast with pretzel bread stuffing knödel, green bean casserole, brown sugar sweet potato, Yukon gold potato purée, cranberry-apple chutney, herb gravy, and natural jus. Renowned pastry chef Kamel Guechida ends the meal with a “Pumpkin Pie” Bar for desert. The Palm Las Vegas
Enjoy a three-course, prix fixe Thanksgiving meal at The Palm Las Vegas. For just $54.90 per person and $22 for children under 12, start your holiday meal with a choice of either Baby Arugula and Apple Salad, Lobster Bisque or Roasted Butternut Squash soup. The main course Slow-Roasted Hand Carved Turkey with Home Style Stuffing, Homemade Cranberry Sauce & Giblet Gravy can be complemented with a choice of an individual-portion side or either home style stuffing, whipped potatoes, sweet potatoes, creamed spinach, wild mushrooms, green beans pancetta with toasted pine nuts & pepper flakes or Brussels sprouts with a lemon brown butter. Trevi Italian Restaurant
During Thanksgiving week, Trevi Pastry Chef Hank Sbraccia will offer his specialty cranberry gelato for $4.50 per scoop. The holiday treat combines dried cranberries, vanilla gelato, a cranberry juice reduction and simple syrup. On Black Friday, Nov. 29, Trevi will offer a $3 Bellini all day long. Executive Chef Peter Scaturro also has a number of month-long specials in November including a rigatoni bolognese topped with hearty meat sauce, priced at $10. TREVI will also celebrate National Peanut Butter Month in November with specialty peanut butter and peanut butter and jelly gelato flavors offered for $4.50 per scoop.
