TAKING BACK SUNDAY & TEDDY SWIMS ADDED TO DOWNTOWN ROCKS FREE CONCERT SERIES LINEUP
Fremont Street Experience, the six-block entertainment district located in historic downtown Las Vegas, is pleased to announce Taking Back Sunday and Teddy Swims have been added to the already stacked Downtown Rocks free concert series lineup.
Taking Back Sunday will perform at Fremont Street Experience on Saturday, August 19. From the band’s landmark 2002 debut “Tell All Your Friends” to their most recent full-length album, 2016’s “Tidal Wave”, Taking Back Sunday have evolved from a key player in the early 2000s emo scene to a genre-defying rock band who have three gold albums without ever ceasing to push the limitations of their sound. Used to constantly touring the world, including a 12 country 20-Year anniversary celebration in 2019, the band brought their vivacious energy back to their live shows all throughout 2022, and they are currently working on their eighth studio album.
Performing at Fremont Street Experience on Saturday, Oct. 21, Teddy Swims is a powerhouse vocalist and pop artist who blends genres from pop to soul, hip-hop, and R&B. Teddy has captured the ears of millions with a multitude of viral covers, top original hits, and collaborations that have amassed a massive fanbase worldwide. He has performed and sold out shows in the US, Australia, and UK – and is continuing with a world tour this summer and fall. His first single of 2023, “What More Can I Say” debuted in early May, and he will continue to release new music throughout the year.
The 2023 free concert series kicked off Memorial Day weekend and will continue through the fall with iconic bands spanning multiple decades and genres including Soulja Boy, The All-American Rejects, Dashboard Confessional, +LIVE+ and more.
